Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100!
WHAT IS THE FLAT RATE DELIVERY COST?
The flat rate delivery cost is $8 for all deliveries through standard Australia Post and orders over $100 will have free delivery Australia wide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Delivery times vary between 1 to 14 business days. This will occur once payment has been cleared. Please ensure all your details are correct before you place your order to ensure there are no unnecessary delays.
If you live in the Summer Hill or Inner west area, FREE Home delivery is also available, please email us on abfabgirls@abfabskin.com.au, or call us on 0411221096 to request this.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders will be processed during business hours, provided we have the stock in the salon. As we are a working bricks and mortar store, sometimes we sell out of the items especially during peak times.
We do everything we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes they are unforeseeable.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If your item is out of stock and a delay is expected we will contact you via phone or email to inform you. A replacement or refund can occur or if you are happy to wait for your item to be back in stock and then get it sent as soon as it becomes available.
